All orders are shipped via Aramex Door-to-Door Courier Service, ensuring secure and trackable delivery directly to your address.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa

4. Shipping Fees

- Promotional free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly indicated on our website
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:

- You can track your order directly through the courier’s tracking system

The courier may:

- Return the parcel to us
