All orders are shipped via Aramex Door-to-Door Courier Service, ensuring secure and trackable delivery directly to your address.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa

Please note: These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Promotional free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly indicated on our website

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s tracking system

6. Delays & Liability

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High shipment volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational delays

ShapedHer is not liable for shipping delays once your order has been dispatched.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or address corrections

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address

The courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery
  • Return the parcel to us

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.


9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • Include your order number and supporting evidence (photos if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with the courier and work towards a resolution.
